The name Gretchen Rubin may sound familiar,
she wrote the New York Times Bestseller, “The Happiness Project”.
Here she is back with another outstanding book, Mastering the Habits of Our Everyday Lives.
As you may know, habits make the man. They affect our attitude, performance, and ultimately the big picture.
Rubin breaks it down to its simplest form. Knowing yourself, knowing the basics of creating habits, when to begin, excuses for beginning, and identity.
If you desire change, habits are the best place to begin. She walks you through every step and thought process. You will walk away from this book not only with the knowledge you need to make the change you want, but the motivation and belief that you truly can!
This book is the perfect addition to my slowly growing bookshelf.
I am adding it to the list of “Must Reads” for my Managers.
**I received this book from Blogging for Books in exchange for my review**
