Book Review – Instant Happy Journal

We all get busy, stressed, focused. Sometimes it can suck the life, energy, and happiness out of us. We don’t necessarily mean for it to, it just happens. Studies have shown that a positive attitude can improve performance and overall quality of life. I already see the improvement in my outlook of life. I realize that I need to give more positive feedback at work, instead of only commenting when they need correction. I am learning to see the good in my personal life as well, and appreciate it.
