Microwave Cake

I just discovered this AMAZING recipe from my MIL. Super simple and delicious. Ready! Here we go!

1.) Take one box of Angel Food Cake Mix and one box of your favorite type of cake mix.

2.) Empty them into a gallon size ziplock bag or large tupperware container.

3.) Shake until well mixed.

4.) Combine 1/3 Cup of the mix

and

3 Tbsp of water.

Stir well with a fork.

Cook in microwave for 1 minute (time may vary slightly by microwave)

5.) Enjoy!

Cake is very light and fluffy. Can be enjoyed by itself or with ice cream.

You can use a large mug or a bowl to make the Microwave Cake.
